With one of new our client, we found wrong deductions of PF of the employees & there was a case of Swap case, wrongly contributing PF Contribution to each other’s account
Company XYZ is having more than 50 employees, were deducting income tax without considering HRA exemption and standard deduction of 50,000/- hereby resulting into more deduction on Income Tax and employees were getting lesser salary in hand.
An organization was having a Head office at Mumbai location and employees spread across at various location in different States. Client was having a single PT code for PT contribution of all the employees being remitted to a PT Code of Head office’s state.
The company has around 18000 field resources. Their HR & Payroll system scalability was a challenge. The key issues were around payroll processing time and configuration to manage bulk process during hiring, on-boarding, leave, payroll.
A big client ABC Company, having 10,000 employees at PAN India basis working at multiple locations in Construction Industry, where Payroll system was decentralized and having different allowances applicable to each Regions.
One of the client were having 400 branches in all over India. At all their offices in Haryana having less than 10 employees. However, they were still deducting LWF of those less than 10 employees.
Client was having Head Office at Hyderabad and other offices in Multiple States. Client was having one single code for ESIC contribution but they didn’t have sub codes for every states.
